We don’t just build products; we engineer a legacy of flawless performance. Every Anthem component is crafted to our exacting standards. But in the rare event a flaw in material or craftsmanship escapes our notice, our warranty isn't just a document—it's a statement of our confidence in every single product we build.
We stand behind our gear, offering a warranty that begins the day of your original purchase from an Authorized Anthem Dealer. Within this period, we will repair, replace, or adjust any defective parts at no cost to you.
5 years: Separate power, integrated amplifiers and distribution solutions
3 years: A/V preamplifiers and receivers
This warranty applies to all new products purchased from an authorized Anthem dealer in the U.S. and Canada. For international warranty terms, please contact our authorized distributor in your country.
Our warranty is a promise of quality, not a license for misuse. Here’s how to ensure it remains valid:
Your Warranty is Void If:
• The product has been subjected to any form of abuse—intentional or accidental.
• The product is used with unsuitable or faulty equipment.
• The product is tampered with or serviced by anyone other than an authorized service facility.
• The serial number has been removed or defaced.
• The product is used for professional or commercial applications.
Your Part in This:
• Create an account at anthemav.com and register your product.
• Provide normal, reasonable care for your product.
• Provide or pay for transportation to the service facility.
• Keep your sales receipt—it’s your proof of purchase and your ticket to service.
Should you require service, contact your nearest Authorized Anthem Dealer to make arrangements.
We reserve the right to improve any product design without modifying previously manufactured units.
We believe in doing business the right way. This is a heads-up for those who don’t.
Q: Can I buy Anthem online? A: You won’t find a shortcut to our quality. Besides our own site, Audio Advice and Crutchfield are the only authorized online retailers for Anthem products. Any other online dealer is unauthorized, and your warranty will be void. Don't be fooled by promises to "match the manufacturer's warranty"—only we can stand behind our products.
Q: What if I trade in my product? A: Warranty is only transferable if the product is traded-in and resold by an Authorized Anthem Dealer. Please note: The product warranty begins on the date of the original retail purchase, not the date of any subsequent resale or transfer. Any remaining warranty coverage is based on the original purchase date.
Even a lightly pre-owned product must meet our exacting standards. Our refurbished products may be demonstration units, test products, or factory closeouts that have undergone a rigorous inspection to ensure they meet our strict quality standards for both sonic performance and mechanical integrity.
Every refurbished product:
• Is backed by a one (1) year non-cosmetic warranty.
• Has undergone rigorous inspection and full testing to guarantee optimal performance.
• Comes with all documentation and accessories.
• May have minor cosmetic blemishes, but will sonically perform to our industry-leading standards.
Québec has introduced new legislation (Bill 29) aimed at protecting consumers from planned obsolescence. This law introduces new requirements for manufacturers, including the availability of replacement parts, repair services, and maintenance information, while prohibiting practices that make repair more difficult.
Anthem is actively reviewing its product lineup and service policies to ensure full compliance with these new consumer protection standards in Québec.
